Neighborhood Marketing Packet
The NNN Marketing Committee has recently completed a Marketing Packet. It was initially developed to provide local Realtors, participating in the City of South Bend’s Realtor Certification Class, with a better understanding of the near northwest, its amenities and what makes the neighborhood so great. By providing Realtors with this information, the Marketing Committee believes they can better promote and sell housing in our neighborhood.
The Packet is available to neighbors so you can discover something new about our great neighborhood or pass it along to someone that may be interested in becoming one of our neighbors.
The Marketing Committee is very excited about the final product and hopes that neighbors will find it helpful.
