The Near Northwest Neighborhood, Inc. (NNN) is a non-profit community development corporation, whose mission is to revitalize the neighborhood. Some of the NNN’s efforts include the acquisition and rehabilitation of beautiful area homes; available for purchase now!

NNN Homes are not your typical rehabs; the quality of construction and attention to detail make them one of the best values in South Bend. While NNN Homes are important to the area and help stabilize the neighborhood, they are by no means the only homes available. There are many opportunities for you to become the owner of a great home in not just a wonderful neighborhood but in a community.

In 2019 the NNN started, and will continue to build new houses on vacant lots in the neighborhood. The new construction is designed to fit the idiom of surrounding homes so they look like a great fit while offering modern construction and interior preferences.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for housing without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
