How to Apply
Interested in an NNN home?
Applying is simple!
- If needed, contact the NNN at (574) 232-9182 and speak with us to learn more about the NNN Housing Program and its guidelines or with any questions.
- Submit a completed housing application. Click [here](/assets/HousingApplication.pdf) for the application. Print it out, fill it out and bring it to the NNN Offices at 1007 Portage Ave. or mail it to: NNN, Inc., P.O. Box 1132, South Bend, IN 46624
- The application requires documentation as well. Bring/Mail it to the office or scan it and email it to [nnnassistant@nearnorthwest.org]
- Once the application is reviewed and you are determined to be eligible, you will be placed on the list for a NNN Home.
- It is first come first serve, so the sooner a completed application is received the sooner you could have your very own home!
NNN homes must be owner-occupied and are deed restricted for resale to low to moderate income owner occupants (usually for a period of 15 years from the date of original rehab purchase).
